TNT’s Interview Preparation program is structured to help students and young adults gain confidence in the one-on-one dynamic of school or work interviews.

The program starts by working on the individual’s presentation and personal awareness, with particular emphasis on how to nail that critical first impression and comfortably discuss strengths and weaknesses. Focused practice interview sessions drive home these skills, ensuring the student is prepared and confident, whether interacting with school admissions officers or prospective employers.
